You'll have to find a different example. Iraq (Sad-dam) already proved to be a threat vis-a-vi Kuwait. As such it can not be used as a "good" example.
And why is Sad-dam (minus the dash) a bad word?

why not do a google search for "wmd found in iraq" and look for yourself rather than spouting garbage without knowledge.

again go do your own research.
